I figured I’d be a bit unconventional in how we try to find ways to make some money to get new hosting (if you remember correctly – this site likes to crash at will now that people read it). So what was our solution?

Ads. Unoriginal in theory, slightly less unoriginal in concept.

What we’re doing is putting them up on eBay so anyone can bid on the spots, and try to get them for our first trial run (July 7th to July 25th). Basically, highest bid will get the spot for that time, simple enough? And I’m letting the winner put pretty much whatever the want that isn’t against our policies there. So, like, you can’t put porn no there, or anything of the like, but if someone wants to pay money to fill the ad spots with “JEFF IS A USELESS WRITER” or something along that, go for it. In fact, that’d be hillarious and awesome. By all means, be creative.

Hell, you don’t even have to be able to design the logo – you can pay 10% of the final cost and get me to design said ad, if you’re lacking the skills.
